Yishi is inspired by hot cereal my mother made for me during my childhood in China, with ingredients lovingly chosen to provide wellness. After moving to the U.S ., I created Yishi to honor my mother's thoughtful approach to food and share my Asian heritage.

Nutty and full of warmth, our Toasted Black Sesame Oatmeal is satisfyingly nourishing, with protein and healthy fats to support smooth energy all day. Based on my mother's recipe, it's the comfort of a home-cooked meal in a two-minute bowl. I hope you love it!

Suggested use

Hot water: 

Peel lid back halfway. Add hot water to the fill line, above. Stir well and cover for. 3-4 minutes. 

Microwave (times may vary):

Peel lid. Add water to the fill line, above. Microwave for 45-65 seconds and stir well. Let stand for 1-2 minutes. 

Overnight oats:

Peel lid back halfway. Add water or your favorite milk to the fill line, above. Stir well. Cover the cup and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight. 

Please adjust water for desired consistency.

Other ingredients

Gluten-free oats, ground black sesame seeds, cane sugar, chopped walnuts, black soybean powder, flaxseed, chia seeds.

Contains: Sesame walnut, and soy.
