Exchanges Policy

We do not offer exchanges for either USA or international orders.

Return & Refund Policy

USA Orders:

  • Returns or refunds are accepted within 3 days of delivery confirmation, subject to our approval.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to an incorrect item.
  • To request a return or refund, please contact us at info@plussupplements.co and we will provide detailed instructions.

International Orders:

  • Returns or refunds are not accepted unless the item is incorrect. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping fees.

Incorrect Items:

If you receive an incorrect item (for both USA and international orders), please contact us within 72 hours of delivery. Include clear photos of the item and packaging to request a replacement or full refund.

Damaged Items:

  • All USA and International shipments are insured for damages during transit. If your order arrives damaged, the shipping carrier is responsible for addressing the issue.
  • Please file a claim directly with the carrier, providing any required documentation, such as photos of the damaged item and packaging.
  • If you need assistance with the claim process, contact us at info@plussupplements.co and we will guide you through the process to ensure a resolution.

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days and credited back to your original payment method.
  • Refunds for incorrect items will cover the product value and return shipping fees (if applicable).
