Wedderspoon Apple Cider Vinegar with Monofloral Manuka Honey is crafted from cold-pressed New Zealand apples, and naturally fermented to preserve the Mother of Vinegar. The Mother is beneficial bacteria that naturally converts apple cider into vinegar.
We add raw Manuka and Beechwood Honeys for a slightly sweet, slightly tart taste. It's the perfect addition to refreshments, salad dressings, or to add a zesty kick of flavor to any dish.
Add 1 tablespoon to 1 cup of water. No need to refrigerate.
Organic apple cider vinegar (82%), raw monofloral manuka honey (10%), raw beechwood honey (8%).
Will contain sediment, shake it up, the good stuff is on the bottom!
