**Our concentrated fenugreek extract provides the equivalent to 1,260 mg of fenugreek.
Take one (1) capsule up to three times daily.
Capsule shell (hypromellose, purified water), dextrins.
Fenugreek should not be used during pregnancy. Some individuals may experience occasional loose stools. In rare occasions, individuals allergic to peanuts or other legumes may experience allergic/asthma symptoms.
