Take four (4) tablespoons daily. Amino Fuel can be taken with meals, between meals, as an anabolic aid before workouts or after physical activity. For best results, use as part of a low fat diet and exercise program.
Purified water, proprietary protein blend (hydrolyzed collagen peptides and whey protein isolate), phosphoric acid, malic acid, natural flavors, sucralose, potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate, acesulfame-K.
