A highly concentrated brightening toner that provides nutrition for anyone in need of a soothing, hydrating boost.
After washing your face, pour a small amount of toner onto hands or a cotton pad and pat gently onto skin.
*Due to containing a big amount of natural rice extract it's recommended to shake well before using the product.
