This blue-green algae is a tremendous whole food, featuring the antioxidant support of beta-carotene and phycocyanin, a free radical fighting antioxidant. Swanson Spirulina delivers 500 mg of this nutrient-rich green food in a single-tablet serving. Spirulina also has protein, amino acids, minerals including iron, B vitamins and cleansing chlorophyll.
As a dietary supplement, take one tablet three times per day with water, preferably on an empty stomach.
