Swanson Lutein & Bilberry combines two of nature's most effective eye- specific antioxidants to help maintain healthy vision. Each softgel provides 20 mg of standardized bilberry extract and 6 mg of lutein.
As a dietary supplement, take one softgel per day with food and water.
