The flowers, seeds and leaves are rich in vitamins and flavonoids, with the flowers in particular featuring many bioactive compounds. Hibiscus sabdariffa is a flowering shrub native to west Africa and has a history of traditional use in support of healthy blood pressure and lipid levels already within the normal range, and of healthy fluid levels in the body. It also offers antioxidant support for cardiovascular health.
As a dietary supplement, take one capsule per day with water.
