Swanson Full Spectrum Elecampane Root herbal supplement in capsule form provides a relatively rare alternative to the popular Elecampane liquid extracts found elsewhere. This ancient herb is most widely used for respiratory support. Interestingly, the plant's specific name, helenium, derives from Helen of Troy. Elecampane is said to have sprung up from where her tears fell.
As a dietary supplement, take one capsule one to two times per day with water.
Rice flour, gelatin, maltodextrin, magnesium stearate.
For adults only. Do not take this product if you are pregnant or nursing. Consult your healthcare provider before use if you are taking medication or have a medical condition. Discontinue use if you experience gastrointestinal discomfort or nausea. Do not exceed recommended dosage.
