Sea algae may not sound appetizing, but it sure delivers a good deal of nutrition. Betatene Natural Mixed Carotenoids from Swanson Ultra delivers a patented form of beta-carotene derived naturally from nutrient-rich sea algae. It's a complete source of carotenoid nutrition. Each capsule features vitamin A, lutein, zeaxanthin and cryptoxanthin, all from D. Salina algae.
As a dietary supplement, take one softgel per day with water.
