SR® Flaxseed Oil is a rich source of the plant-based Omega-3 essential fatty acid ALA, which in the body can convert into EPA and DHA, commonly found in fish oils. Each serving contains 1200mg of cold-pressed flaxseed oil.
Flaxseed oil is an excellent source of Omega-3 essential fatty acids. Flaxseed oil contains alpha-linolenic acid (ALA), a type of omega-3 fatty acid.
Adults take 1 Veggie Softgel 1-3 times daily with food, or as recommended by a qualified healthcare professional.
