Unlike most vitamin D supplements, which are from sheep's Wool, VEGAN TRUE® NON-GMO VITAMIN D-3 is a non-GMO, organic, and vegan form of vitamin D sourced from algae. Our bodies manufacture vitamin D when the skin is exposed to UV radiation from sunlight, but our ability to do so decreases as we age. Insufficient amounts of sun exposure as well as aging create a risk of vitamin D deficiency. Vitamin D is important for immune function and a positive mood, and vital for the maintenance of healthy bones & muscles. Vegan True Non-GMO Vitamin D-3 provides a high potency (250%) of the recommended daily value and does not contain any animal products or animal-derived ingredients.
1 capsule daily, preferably with a meal.
Microcrystalline cellulose, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (capsule), and magnesium stearate.
Contains tree nut (coconut).
Store in a cool, dry place.
