This water-type, weak-acidic PH toner helps restore the skin's pH balance after facial cleansing. Its plant extract complex comprised of 18 plant-based ingredients moisturizes skin and neutralizes oil and moisture imbalance. It helps to hydrate and revitalize your skin for a healthy complexion.
Apply to a cotton pad and sweep gently over the face and neck after cleansing, avoiding the eye area.
