CalmEssence™ is formulated with L-theanine (Suntheanine®) - an amino acid from green tea that studies have shown promotes a sense of calm - and Magnolia bark, which is used in Traditional Chinese Medicine to decrease nervous tension. It also contains ashwagandha, eleuthero, schisandra, rhodiola and cordyceps which are used in holistic herbal traditions to support a healthy stress response. CalmEssence™ is wonderful for anyone who might benefit from a greater sense of calm.
One capsule daily as desired.
