These natural lemon-flavored powder stick packs go where you do! More efficient in hydrating than water alone, each mixes easily into water and tastes great, replenishing your body with electrolytes, minerals, and essential B vitamins.
For adults, mix one (1) packet (3.5 g) daily to 12 ounces of water. Shake or stir to mix. Always take with at least 12 ounces of water to ensure proper hydration.
