Our story began with a roadside produce stand run by our founder, the son of an organic farmer, in the heart of California's wine country. We've grown a lot since then, evolving into a line of premium oils and vinegars that are made using only the best olives, grapes, seeds or nuts from the finest orchards and fields around the world.
Our Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil comes by way of Spain and features a blend of organic regional olives, including Arbequina and Cornicabra varieties. Cold pressed to retain its smooth, buttery flavor and delicate, fruity notes, this oil is a delight to cook with and delicious when drizzled over finished dishes.
100% Certified organic extra virgin olive oil.
Bottled in a facility that handles peanut, tree nut, seed based and soybean oils.
Please note: This oil is unfiltered to maximize flavor. Cloudiness and dense olive sediment can occur under many conditions. They are natural and harmless results of the cold-pressing process. For best result, store in a cool, dark place. Do not refrigerate.
