Our story began with a roadside produce stand run by our founder, the son of an organic farmer, in the heart of California's wine country. We've grown a lot since then, evolving into a line of premium oils and vinegars that are made using only the best olives, grapes, seeds or nuts from the finest orchards and fields around the world.
The best of balsamics, our Grand Reserve Balsamic Vinegar features a 25-star rating and is produced from the same Italian grapes used in winemaking, including Lambrusco and Trebbiano varieties. We age this blend in oak or chestnut casks until it's thick and syrupy with a smooth, tart finish. Try it as a sweet addition to veggies or a savory twist on classic desserts!
