Organic Post-Workout uses only clean, organic adaptogens, mushrooms and other superfoods to support the body’s natural recovery process. Designed for active individuals to consume during or after a workout to combat muscle and joint soreness and replenish nutrients lost during a workout.
Organic Post-Workout is full of good carbohydrates from whole fruits and vegetables to help replenish nutrients that get used during exercise.
Turmeric, ashwagandha, and ginger support a healthy inflammatory response, while kelp from Iceland provides important minerals lost during training.
