The proteins in our diets consist of 20 amino acids, but only 9 of them are essential - meaning they cannot be produced by the body and must be supplied in the diet or through supplementation. These 9 essential amino acids (EAAs) are critical for muscle growth, strength and recovery. EAA STRONG is formulated with a potent 7 gram supply of all nine essential amino acids-Threonine, Lysine, Methionine, Phenylalanine, Tryptophan, Histidine, and of course, the three Branched Chain Amino Acids (BCAAs), Leucine, Isoleucine and Valine, BCAAs, and in particular, Leucine, are critical for stimulating, muscle protein synthesis, strength and recovery. Therefore, EAA STRONG contains 5 grams of BCAAs with a unique leucine loaded 10:1:1 BCAA ratio.

EAA STRONG contains a potent 473mg Electrolyte Blend that supplies Sodium, Potassium and Magnesium, featuring natural "super mineral" sources of Himalayan Pink Salt and Coconut Water.
Mix one scoop in 8 fl. oz. of cold water. Can take pre, intra or post workout.
