Vitamin D3 5000 IU softgels provide a high potency dose of vitamin D3 - also known as the “sunshine vitamin”. Vitamin D3 may play a critical role in many different processes, such as bone health, immunity, and energy. Yet, many Americans don’t get enough of this critical nutrient in their diet. The Vitamin D Council recommends 5000 IU of vitamin D daily for adults to achieve and maintain optimal levels. Our Vitamin D 5000 IU softgels uses the same biologically active form of vitamin D3 that is produced by the body, is easy to swallow, and contains no artificial additives.
Adults - Take one softgel daily, preferably with food, as a dietary supplement.
