Spirulina is a natural "algae" (cyanobacteria) powder that is incredibly high in protein and a good source of antioxidants, B-vitamins and other nutrients.
Adults - Take one tablet daily, preferably with food, as a dietary supplement.
Microcrystalline cellulose, dicalcium phosphate, croscarmellose sodium, stearic acid, magnesium stearate, silica.
