Our Smooth and Fruity Olive Oil blend is made with olives harvested early in the season in the mountainous natural park areas of Andalusia, Spain. High antioxidant levels are preserved in early harvested organic olives and blended to yield a mild and balanced flavor, ideal for daily cooking, sautéing, drizzling and blending into a dressing or marinade.
