A lightweight cushiony lip mousse infused with nourishing properties that delivers a velvety smooth color in every swipe.
This buildable and blendable formula goes on smooth, then dries to a velvety soft finish - feeling weightless on your lips. Made with Cottonseed Oil, Raspberry Seed Oil, and Vitamin E to help nourish and hydrate the lips.
Use the doe-foot applicator to swipe onto lips.
Formula can be worn on lips as a bold color or a smudged lip effect.
