Codeage Methylfolate B Complex+ offers a potent blend of folate as 5-MTHF, riboflavin vitamin B2, vitamin B6, vitamin B12 in its methylated form, and betaine for a comprehensive vitamin B complex formula.
Adults take 2 capsules daily, or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner, with 8 oz of water or your favorite beverage. May be taken with or without food.
Methylcellulose capsule.

Pregnant or nursing mothers, children under 18 and individuals with a known medical condition should consult a physician before using this or any dietary supplement.
