Glutamine, the most common amino acid found in muscle tissue, is a conditionally essential amino acid. Consumption of Glutamine after heavy exercise supports replenishment of glutamine concentration. Glutamine is naturally found in foods like meat and eggs; however, supplementation may support maximizing performance.
Use only as directed. Take one serving (1 scoop) of COR-Performance® Glutamine mixed with 8 fl. oz. of cold water or other beverage of choice after training up to two times per day.
