Suggested use

Take one serving (approx. 1 level scoop) of C4 Ultimate®, mixed with 12 fl. oz. of water (adjust for taste preference) 20-30 minutes before training. Some individuals may experience a harmless tingling sensation, which is attributable to Beta-Alanine. Use only as directed.

Other ingredients

Calcium silicate, natural flavors, silicon dioxide, citric acid, acesulfame potassium, sucralose, beta carotene powder (color), vegetable juice powder (color).

Warnings

This product is only intended to be consumed by healthy adults, 18 years of age or older.
