K Complete provides the dynamic trio of vitamin K1, K2 as MK-4, and K2 as MK-7. The MK-7 in this formula is derived from chickpeas.
Adults take one soft gel daily, at mealtime.
Medium chain triglyceride oil, olive oil, soft gel shell (beef gelatin, glycerin, water, carob).
Keep bottle tightly closed. Store away from heat and moisture.
Vitamin K can antagonize the effect of anticoagulants, including Warfarin. Do not take this product if you are taking Warfarin or are pregnant or breastfeeding without first consulting with your physician.
