California Gold Nutrition SPORT Micellar Casein features 25 grams of protein, 4.7 grams of BCAAs◉, and 4.6 grams of glutamic acid◉ per serving and is exclusively made with dairy from Idaho, USA. This unflavored powder can be added to water or the beverage of your choice for an added boost of protein.
Mix 2 slightly rounded scoops daily with 6-12 ounces of water or the beverage of your choice. May be minimally sweetened if desired. For best results, add liquid in a blender-type bottle, shaker cup, or electric blender, then add the powder. Our Micellar Casein should not be blended with a spoon.
Note: 30 grams per 2 slightly rounded scoops is an average. Individual scooping technique may yield slightly less than or slightly more than 30 grams.
