From amongst the best oatmeal makers in the world, I was so honored to be declared the winner! I owe it all to my one-of-a-kind Steel Cut Oats -the very same oats that are in this bag.

Make my award-winning oatmeal at home
Bring water and salt to a boil. Add Quick Cooking Steel Cut Oats, reduce heat to medium-low and cook, stirring occasionally, for 7 minutes (or longer for creamier oatmeal). Remove from heat and let stand for 2 minutes.

Slow cooker instructions
Combine 2 cups water, 1 cup Quick Cooking Steel Cut Oats and 1/4 tsp salt in the slow cooker. Stir well. Cook oats on high for 45 minutes or low for 11/2 hours. Makes 4 servings.
Organic whole grain oats.
Store in a cool, dry place. Keeps best refrigerated or frozen after opening.
