For optimal reproductive health, take daily with Bluebonnet's Intimate Essentials® For Her Fertility Support Multivitamin Formula Vegetable Capsules for up to 6-12 months prior to conception.
As a dietary supplement, take two capsules once daily, preferably with a meal or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
Capsule (hypromellose, purified water), vegetable cellulose, vegetable magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide.
Free of milk, egg, fish, crustacean shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, soybeans and sesame.
