The refreshing low irritation toner contains green tea to soothe the skin. It deeply penetrates the skin to keep it hydrated from the inside out.
After washing your face, apply appropriate amount on the make-up cotton or hands, and wipe your face along your skin texture, then pat to absorb it. If you have dry skin and feeling of pulling skin, apply this toner 2 to 3 times. There can be some sediments from the green tea in the product. Please shake before use.
