Adjust shower to desired temperature, unwrap tablet and place on shower floor. For maximum effectiveness, place tablet in direct stream of water and stand facing tablet.
Sodium carbonate, adipic acid, sodium bicarbonate, glucose, organic mentha x piperita (peppermint) oil, organic mentha spicata (spearmint) oil, calcium silicate, maltodextrin, magnesium stearate.
Avoid contact with eyes. In case of contact with eyes, flush with water immediately. If eye irritation persists, consult a doctor. Keep out of reach of children. Not for internal use.
