Our Medium Yellow popcorn is crunchy and dense. This nostalgic variety is similar to the XL Caramel Type and the Baby Yellow. It is delicious served “movie theater style,” with butter and salt, or with our seasonings and glazes.
Pour one part oil into pan - enough to cover bottom. Preheat oil then add three parts popcorn - more or less to suit individual taste. Lower heat slightly. Agitate pan until the popcorn ceases to pop. Salt to taste.
