Biotin is part of the B-complex vitamin family. Biotin 5000 mcg offers additional biotin for those who want higher biotin levels.
As a vitamin supplement, adults take one (1) capsule daily with any meal or as directed by your healthcare provider. Do not exceed recommended dosage. Individual results may vary.
Cellulose, gelatin, stearic acid. Contains <2% of: Magnesium silicate, magnesium stearate.
No added sugar, yeast, preservatives, artificial flavors or colors.
