Swanson Vitamin A & D work together to play a key role in maintaining good vision, healthy skin and a strong immune system. Each softgel delivers 5,000 IU vitamin A and 400 IU vitamin D, and is derived from cod liver oil without the unpleasant "fishy" flavor.
As a dietary supplement, take one softgel per day with water. Women who are pregnant or likely to become pregnant should not exceed recommended dosage.
