Melatonin is produced in humans by the pineal gland. A favorite of travelers, it helps to support restful sleep.

Dibasic calcium phosphate, microcrystalline cellulose, stearic acid, modified cellulose gum, magnesium stearate, and silica.
Store in a cool, dry place.
