Our Organic Refined Coconut Oil is expeller-pressed from pure organic coconuts and gently refined to achieve an exceptional oil with neutral flavor, zero trans fats, and medium-high temperature functionality. A perfect substitute for butter when baking, it also makes a great stir-fry and sauté oil.
