Delivering 2,000 mg of patented Magtein® Magnesium L-Threonate, Magnesium L-Threonate is the preferred form compared to other types of magnesium for several reasons:

Adults, as a dietary supplement, take three (3) capsules daily. One (1) mid-day and two (2) at night, two (2) hours before bed.
