Vitamin A & D provides 3,000 mcg RAE (10,000 IU) of vitamin A from palmitate and fish liver oil and 10 mcg (400 IU) of vitamin D3 from fish liver oil to support healthy vision and immune system function.
Adults: take one soft gel daily at mealtime.
Soft gel shell (beef gelatin, glycerin, water), safflower oil.
Contains fish (cod).
Do not take if you are pregnant or planning to become pregnant.
Taking vitamin A from retinol in quantities of 10,000 IU or more is known to cause birth defects or other reproductive harm. Prop 65.
