DIY
Bedding Mist. Combine 7 drops of lavender, 3 drops of patchouli, and 3 drops of geranium, to a 4 oz spray bottle of distilled water. Mist PJs and bedding before going to sleep.
Rejuvenating foot soak. Add 4 drops of peppermint, 4 drops of pine needle, 4 drops of eucalyptus, and 1 teaspoon of carrier oil to a warm foot bath. Relax and enjoy!
