Zahler KSM-66® Ashwagandha is a full-spectrum organic extract obtained from the root of the Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) plant. An eight-week placebo-controlled clinical trial showed that 600 mg of KSM-66Ⓡ Ashwagandha extract improved mental energy and promoted relaxation.
Take 2 capsules daily, preferably 1 capsule twice a day with or without food, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
Hypromellose (capsule), organic rice hull concentrate.
Free of synthetic binders and fillers.
