Yishi is inspired by hot cereal my mother made for me during my childhood in China, with ingredients lovingly chosen to provide wellness. After moving to the U.S., I created Yishi to honor my mother's thoughtful approach to food and share my Asian heritage.
Our Matcha Latte Oatmeal is reminiscent of a creamy coconut latte balanced by the fresh edge of green tea, with seeds layered in for a grounding crunch. Antioxidants and natural caffeine provide healthy energy. I hope it brings you a moment of peace that helps you tackle your day!

Not just oatmeal, Yishi is also great for baking!
Hot Water: Combine 1/4 cup of hot water and 1/3 cup of oatmeal. Stir well and cover for 3-4 minutes.
Microwave (times may vary): Combine 1/4 cup of water and 1/3 cup of oatmeal in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave for 45-65 seconds. Stir well and let stand for 1-2 minutes.
Overnight Oats:Β Combine 1/4 cup of water or your favorite milk and 1/3 cup of oatmeal. Stir well and cover. Place in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
Please adjust water for desired consistency.
