A supplement blend of 2,000 mg of Myo-Inositol and 50 mg of D-Chiro Inositol (following the body's normal ratio of 40:1) to support healthy hormone levels, menstrual cycles, and ovarian health.
Take 4 capsules (1 serving) daily, preferably with a meal, or as directed by a physician. For those with a sensitive constitution, take 1/2 of a serving (2 capsules) at once, twice per day.
Methylcellulose (capsule).
Do not exceed recommended dose. Pregnant and nursing mothers, children under the age of 18, and individuals with a known medical condition or taking prescription medication should consult a physician before taking this or any dietary supplement.
