Remove all outer packaging and ensure that the fabric is clean and dry before use. Place each item in a microwave and heat according to the guide below. When first heated, you may notice a little moisture on the surface of the fabric, this is quite normal and will stop after a few uses. Ensure that the microwave is clean and the turntable can rotate freely. For cooling relief, simply place in the freezer and chill for at least three hours. This Warmies® product remains flexible when frozen, making it easy to apply to any area of the body. 

Care instructions: Surface clean regularly with a damp sponge and air dry before use. In the event of overheating, allow to cool fully and return to room temperature. Do not immerse in water or wash in a washing machine. Dispose of in normal household waste if worn or damaged. Store in a cool dry place after each use. 

Respect the given time of heating and wattage

This product can cause burns avoid prolonged direct contact with the skin use only under strict adult supervision. Take care when removing from the microwave oven. Do not ingest contents. Do not overheat. For microwave use only.

Only reheat when the product is at room temperature. It can take up to four hours to cool down to room temperature. Temperature may increase after removal from the microwave oven.
