Our Original Recipe
Real Texas BBQ is strong, not sweet. Thanks to a long history of cattle herding, Texas BBQ centers around beef and the sauces are made with beef broth. Real Texas BBQ is brisket and real Texans don't use sticky-sweet sauces. Like the Texas hill country, this Texas-style BBQ sauce is bold and spicy.
