Inspired by a traditional style of green tea called matcha iri genmaicha, we blended crushed sencha and finely powdered matcha with toasted rice to create this earthy, balanced, and healthy tea. Some of our favorite matcha hails from the verdant tea fields of Japan-the finest expression of green tea!
