Tantalizing eggplant is delicately braised in a tomato and onion sauce that balances subtle sweetness with a mild kick of Punjabi seasoning. Great for dipping with your favorite naan or roti, although you can’t go wrong by pairing it with rice.
Microwave
Tear pouch 2" to vent and heat on high for 1 minute (ovens may vary).
Stovetop
Pour contents into a pan; heat on low for 4 minutes or until hot, stirring occasionally.
Serve as is, with Tasty Bite® Rice or with flatbread!
