Use Swanson Magnesium Chloride Flakes in a full bath or a foot soak. After 30 minutes, you'll feel relaxed and refreshed. The magnesium chloride comes from the Zechstein seabed in the Netherlands, which is one of the world's purest sources.
Foot Bath: Dissolve 1 cup in approx. 1 gallon of hot water. Soak 20-30 minutes.Β
Full Bath: Dissolve 4 cups in bathtub filled with hot water. Soak 20-30 minutes. Rinse and pat dry.
