Like many brownie aficionados, Sheila is particularly fond of the crispy edges. In fact, she took great joy in walking through the bakery, gathering the brittle batter off the sides of the sheet pans as the brownies cooled in their racks.
Sheila is excited to delight fans with her latest creation, a brownie brittle blondie. The idea originated from the delicious blondie bars that Sheila's mother made every year for her birthday. This childhood favorite is at the heart of Sheila's new buttery-rich classic-with a crunch. We're certain you will love Sheila G's brownie brittle blondie as much as she does!
